Download the infogo app from the Google Play Store.

  • BLACKBERRY APP

Download the infogo app from BlackBerry App World using your BlackBerry browser.

  • iOS DEVICE OPTIONS

Owners of iPhones and iPads can use mobile web browsers to purchase and stream music from infogo.com. Later, they can download the purchases to a Windows PC or Mac, free-of-charge, and synchronise the songs to their iPhones and iPads for offline listening.

An iOS app is now available for download at the App Store. iOS users can now download their purchased music and playlists with this app.

2) SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

  • MP3 FORMAT

 The MP3 format is a universally compatible format for music playback on mobile devices, tablets and computers.  Most music players for in-car audio systems and home hi-fi systems can also playback MP3 files.  Songs and albums from infogo.com are available in the high quality 320kbps format for a more enjoyable listening experience.

  • ALBUM ARTWORK

 All new and recent music releases will contain album artwork.  However, downloads from the older parts of our catalogue may not come with album artwork.

  • SONG OR ALBUM CANNOT BE FOUND OR BOUGHT

 The songs and albums listed on infogo.com are based on what is available from our music suppliers for now.  Due to online availability of the songs, as well as licensing and copyright arrangements, we are not able to list every Top 100 hit immediately. The copyright owners of every piece of music (including recording labels, composers and artists) are the parties who choose and decide if they wish to release their music for release onlineā€¦ and for which specific markets.  That said, we would continue to work with our music suppliers to list as many songs as possible at infogo.com.

 Please check back from time to time to see if you can find and buy the song or album.

  • CANNOT SAVE TRACKS TO BUY LATER

Whenever you log out or close the browser window at infogo.com, all tracks are automatically removed from your shopping list.  We will add the "save to buy later" function in the future.

  • SOME SONGS AVAILABLE ONLY WHEN BUYING AN ALBUM

Some music suppliers only allow the sales of certain songs when you buy the whole album.  This restriction may be because the song cannot be sold separately.  Sometimes, the song may be a track in a soundtrack or compilation that can only be sold as a complete album.

  • HIGHER PRICES FOR SOME SONGS/ALBUMS

Some listed songs and albums may cost more than others in our catalogue because different royalty charges are set the different copyright owners (recording companies and songwriters).  If these charges are higher, the price of the song or album is higher.  Similarly, if these charges are lower, the price listed on infogo.com is lower.

  • BUYING OUTSIDE THE 5 COUNTRIES

For now, infogo.com serves customers in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and India.  We plan to expand our services to other countries in the near future.

  • DUPLICATE LISTINGS FOR SAME SONG OR ALBUM

Our music suppliers often provide more than one format for a song or album, especially if it is a new song or album.  Some of the songs may have been released in an album or single or in different compilations.  Some of these tracks may be karaoke or cover versions.  This offers our customers a wider choice when purchasing.

3) PAYMENT

  • METHODS OF PAYMENT

infogo.com accepts payments from all major credit and debit cards.  Soon, we will also introduce a prepaid download card payment facility - please stay tuned for the launching of this prepaid service.

If you have a free infogo.com download card, please do as follows:

a)    Click to tick the "I have a voucher card" box at the checkout page.

b)    Enter the voucher card code and click "apply".

c)    If you are purchasing more songs or albums than the value of the card, you can select credit or debit card payment to cover the prices of the additional items and complete the purchase.

  • TIME OF CARD CHARGE

Your credit or debit card will be charged when you confirm your purchase.

  • STORAGE OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

Once you make a purchase using a credit or debit card, the details of your card will be stored in a secure and encrypted format that is linked to your infogo.com account. If you wish to delete the details of your card, please visit your account page and use the "add/remove cards" facility.

  • TRANSACTION CANNOT BE PROCESSED

If you receive an error message after confirming your payment, the usual cause is a problem with the authentication process initiated by your bank.  Please ensure that you have entered your credit or debit card information correctly.  If the problem persists, please contact your bank.  If your bank confirms that it is not an issue with authentication or the status of your account, please contact our customer services team.

  • CANNOT REACH CHECKOUT PAGE

If you cannot even reach the checkout page, or if you are being re-directed to the login page when you click checkout, please clear the cookies that your web browser uses to communicate with infogo.com.  For specific information on how to do this for your web browser, please Google "clear cookies (name of your web browser)."

  • DOWNLOAD CARD/CODE NOT WORKING

Please contact our customer services team and provide details of the card, country of origin and code.

  • RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT

You should always receive an e-receipt for payments made to infogo.com.  The receipt will be emailed to your registered email account.  If you cannot find the receipt in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder.  If you still cannot find your receipt, please contact our customer services team.

4) DOWNLOADS

  • HOW TO DOWNLOAD

Once you have registered as an infogo.com customer or user, every song or album that you buy will be stored in your individual cloud locker.  When you purchase a song or album, it will automatically listed on the default "music player" tab whenever you log in.

Select the song title to launch the album or track page.  Simply click on the "down arrow" icon to download your song(s).

  • HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD

When you buy a song from infogo.com, it is stored in your individual cloud locker.  You may download it as many times as you want, for personal use only. Please refer to our terms and conditions of usage.

  • WINDOWS PC AND MAC DOWNLOADS

When you download a song to a Windows PC or Mac computer, it will be in your downloads folder.

  • ANDROID & BLACKBERRY DOWNLOADS

On Android and Blackberry devices, downloads are stored in internal memory.  If you are changing your device, or have lost your device, simply log in again using the Android or Blackberry app to re-download your music from infogo.com.  If you wish to transfer your download to any other connected device, simply log in to infogo.com using that device and download.

As an infogo.com customer, you can listen to your purchased music on up to 10 connected devices.  If you wish to download music for synchronising to unconnected devices for personal listening, such as your home hi-fi system, please use a Windows PC or Mac computer to download your purchases from infogo.com.  You may then burn a disc or transfer the files to a USB device or SD card for personal listening.

  • SYNC DOWNLOADS TO iPHONES, iPADS and OTHER MP3 PLAYERS

To sync downloads to iPhones and iPads, add the downloaded songs to iTunes on a Windows PC or Mac computer.  Then, sync the songs over to your iPhone or iPad using iTunes.  It works the same way as how you would transfer music from a CD to your iPhone or iPad using a personal computer.

For other MP3 players, please refer to your instruction manual on how to transfer MP3 files from a personal computer to your device.

  • BURN CD FOR OFFLINE PERSONAL LISTENING

Download your purchases using a personal computer.  Locate the downloads in your download folder.  Burn a disc as you would normally do using your personal computer.  Please note that you may burn discs for your personal offline listening only. Please refer our terms and conditions of usage.

  • TRANSFERRING PURCHASES TO USB DRIVE OR SD CARD

Download your purchases using a personal computer.  Locate the downloads in your download folder.  Copy it to your USB drive or SD card as you would normally do using your personal computer.  Please note that the music contained in the USB drive or SD card is for your personal offline listening only. Please refer our terms and conditions of usage.

  • DOWNLOADS WILL NOT PLAY

Please download your purchase again.  If your subsequent downloads will not play on various devices, please contact our customer services team.
